If you have been living with anxiety, depression, or stress, individual therapy can help change the way you're feeling. We have an open approach and welcome clients with culturally diverse identities.
If you're stuck, experiencing stress, or work conflicts, therapy can help you learn to manage your workload and use relaxation for achieving a better life balance and relationship with yourself.

Through her private practice, Janz Family Therapy, Heather provides therapy services using evidence-based practices with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy.
